Once your cancellation request is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed once your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing original tags will not be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing of the refund posting to your account may vary depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. For returns that qualify for free return shipping, we will deduct the original shipping charges from your refund amount if the return is not due to our mistake.
If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or payment processor, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately with your order details and proof of return.
We will investigate any reported missing refunds and work with the appropriate financial institutions to resolve the issue. In cases where a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method at our discretion.
